REDNESS, SWELLING & TENDERNESS IS NORMAL AND WILL SUBSIDE.
BE PATIENT. DERMAL FILLER WILL TAKE 3-4 WEEKS TO SETTLE AND INTEGRATE WITH YOUR TISSUES.
DO:
Apply ice intermittently, however do not apply directly to the skin (cover with a clean cloth).
Avoid blood thinners, including alcohol, for 48 hrs. They will increase bruising.
Take pain relief such as paracetamol if required.
Avoid pressure on the treated area for the first few nights (sleep on back if possible).
Avoid active skin care for 24 hours & delay dermal treatments for 2 weeks.
Contact Angela immediately should you experience:
Excessive or prolonged pain, any changes in skin colour or any skin irritations.
DON’T:
Exercise for 48 hours, this increases blood flow & increases your risk of bruising.
Expose yourself to intense heat (eg Sauna).
Apply make-up for 12 hours (If you must, use a light weight mineral powder)
Massage the treated area, unless instructed to do so.
Attend a dental appointment for 7 days.
Drink through a straw or kiss for 24 hours (applicable after lip filler).
Travel immediately after treatment. Access to medical assistance is essential if required.

You will be requested to return to the clinic 2 - 4 weeks following your treatment.
